Shipping Policy
Please note that we only offer products available on our website, however if you are interested in a wider range of products, feel free to contact us and send us an email, who knows, maybe you're not the only one who wants these products and there's a demand for them, which will result in us adding them!
Preperation
Once your order has been placed and paid with us through our website, we will aim to get the order prepared as soon as possible. Any orders placed between Monday-Saturday, before 5pm, will be prepared witrhin 2 days. Orders are dispatched the next working day once an order preparation has been completed. Example, if you place an order on Saturday at 4pm, it will be dispatched on Monday.
Please be aware, due to events or circumstances, increased volume of orders, supplier issues, preperation and dispatch may take a longer amount of time. If that is the case, you will receive an email that will keep you updated with the status of your order.
Pre-Orders
If you have pre-order an item, your order will be registered on the system and completed once we have received the item from the manfacturer or distributor.
We kindly ask, that you place your pre-orders seperately from your standard order if you wish to receive the in-stock items first. Otherwise, you pre-order items and in-stock items may be dispatched at the same time, in certain situations leading to you having to wait an extended period of time, for an item you could have received earlier.
Click and Collect
We know that not everyone lives far, far away from us and that sometimes you might fancy a trip to your Local Gaming Store, hence why we also offer the option for you to directly collect your order from our store!
Once you have placed your order, we will attempt you have it ready for you ASAP! And once it is ready for you to collect, we will contact you via email to let you know your goods are ready! All that we, is that you bring your confirmation email and/or some sort of ID just so we can verify your order is going into the right hands!
In terms of picking up your order, it can be picked up once you received an email from us, and during our opening days (which are subject to change, but will be updated online) anytime during our opening hours! (10am-5pm)

Shipping - UK
We offer free Standard Shipping on orders worth £25 (not including the shipping costs) or more.
Our Standard Shipping Service is carried out by Royal Mail.
Everyone pays the same flat rates for shipping, regardless of package size and weight. In this case, £4 if under £25.
Shipping - EU
Our Standard Shipping Service is carried out by Royal Mail.
At the current moment, we do not offer Express Delivery of any variety for orders placed within the EU. The estimated delivery time is between 3-5 days for any destination within the EU.
Everyone pays the same flat rates for shipping, regardless of package size and weight. In this case, £15 if under £150.
Special
If you are purchasing products with our 'Special' tag on them, you, the buyer, are responsible for selecting the appriopate shipping. If the appriopate shipping has not been collected, we will be unable to process your order. We do apoligise for the inconvience, this is due to us being unable to automate the delivery system.
Royal Mail
UK orders placed with Royal Mail should arrive with you within 5 days at most. Royal Mail states than an order is not considered lost, until 15 working days have passed. However, do not hesitate to contact us at all if you're waiting longer or shorter than that, we will see what we can do for you from our side!
